PAYMENT: Payment is due prior to the start of training or can be made over the phone by calling Broadmore Kennels at, 913 441 5026. No refunds will be given after class has commenced. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A spot will not be held until payment is received along with signed Training Agreement. These items must be received prior to commencement of first class.
SERVICES PROVIDED: Classes are taught by Mike Deathe (“Trainer”), a professional dog trainer. Classes are in pods/sessions so that each dog and handler can retake classes up to 4 times per pod/session for understanding. Mondays are pod/session 1; Tuesdays are pod/session 2; Wednesdays - 3; Thursdays - 4; and Fridays are the final pod/session 5. Class is up to 20 weeks to cover understanding and scheduling conflicts. Due to the nature of the pod/sessions format, make-up classes are not offered. It is up to the owner/handler to be at pods/sessions for instruction. Trainer, at his/her discretion, may refuse entry to any dog which is not healthy, is aggressive or does not seem suitable for the services provided.
REMOVAL FROM TRAINING: Trainer, at his/her sole discretion, may remove a pet from class if a hazard or threat of any nature to any other animal or person is present. No refund will be given under such circumstances.
CLEANLINESS: Owner is responsible for the removal of excrement that their pet is responsible for.
LIABILITY: Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Mike Deathe, Trainer, and Trainer’s employees/agents harmless from all liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons, animals or property arising from or related to Owner’s pet. Owner agrees that Trainer shall not be liable for loss or damage to animal for any reason unless said loss or damage was a direct result of Trainer’s negligence. |
